Type Specific Programs

These programs are developed directly with airlines, corporate customers and aircraft manufactures and are intended to cover specific procedures and cabin details.

One of our clients that used a derivative CRJ 200/700 Differences Course we designed with AXIA media had the following results:

         Program is FAA approved

Reduced training and `lost productivity' time

Internet delivery- training at home or the crew room

Over 600 flight attendants trained in 2 months

We can be used as a resource; it's an innovative way for Airlines to access strong, interested, and serious candidates for crew positions.

Cabin Crew Programs

AVIONCO offers accredited Cabin Crew training programs.  All of our programs are compiled from the latest data available, in accordance with aviation regulations.  Our instructors work hand in hand with our development partners to provide affordable interactive programs that are superior in learning content and design.  Accessible from home or classroom, the classes are true portable learning experiences.

The Initial Flight Attendant Training Program (IFAT)

This initial course developed with AXIA media, offers the motivated individual seeking a career as cabin crew (flight attendant) a dynamic, instructional `first step'.  Our interactive course is intended to provide basic knowledge of airline/aircraft systems and terminology.  Derived from actual training courses used in today's industry, this course provides the learner with a distinct advantage over other inexperienced applicants.  It will prepare you for any airline application!  You should expect to invest 60 hours to complete this course.

Airlines are adopting the IFAT as a recruitment screening tool and as a prerequisite to employment.

The names of individuals who successfully complete the IFAT are stored in our database.  Data stored includes course information, test results and personal and professional information.  AVIONCO periodically provides its client airlines, searching for new trainees, an opportunity to review our list of graduates.  To be considered for future positions with our company it is recommended that you take the initial flight attendant training program online.  To receive further information, visit www.trainandfly.com.
