William (Bill) Noe

Bill began his aviation career over forty years ago as a flight instructor and steadily advanced to become the Chief Operating Officer at NetJets, a USA based company specializing in charter /private air travel. A graduate of Marshall University, Bill played a significant role in the development of the university’s flight school, which was named the Bill Noe Flight School in his honor. With his extensive experience and recognition in the aviation industry, Bill is now joining the Avionco team as the CEO of our American division.

Leading the Avionco team, Josh brings passion, determination and commitment, building a successful business that has grown with and around its customers over the past twenty years. Creating a loyal and dedicated client base he has ensured the business remains a competitive presence in the ever-changing landscape of international business aviation. Working closely with one of the world’s largest aircraft manufacturers – Bombardier, he has become an industry leader for entry into service and aircraft management. Providing senior management, oversight, and operations, Josh remains an undeniable force of determination, leading by example to build a better business for his customers and employees.
Warren Redfern
Director of Business Development
Inspired by the thrill of flight from a young age, Warren’s enthusiasm still remains and is demonstrated in the dedication he channels into his role as Director of Business Development. With a loyal and progressive career spanning over twenty years, his previous roles within Avionco include ‘Lead Captain of Entry into Service for Bombardier, and Flight Operations Manager. A passionate member of the senior team, Warren’s knowledge and experience are unrivaled and warmly appreciated.
Keith Mann
Managing Director
With a background in leadership, training, communications, and strategy, Keith shares his experience acquired over a thirty-year career in aviation. He brings a unique vision and capability for operational organization. Leading from the top, he demonstrates the importance of shared goals in a high-performance, engaged workforce with genuine passion and care. As an experienced and accomplished pilot, he is quick to step in to help whenever he is needed.
Verna Lidstone
Chief Financial Officer
Verna’s valued and dedicated presence in a career spanning over thirty-five years in finance and aviation has been instrumental in the growth, and development of Avionco. Offering her knowledge, experience, and business acumen in corporate credit management, governance, human resources, and financial management, she has gained credence as a key stakeholder, and the respect and fondness of the Avionco family.
Eric Derix
Director of Operations
As the Director of Standards, Eric sets the bar exceptionally high, gaining his American (FAA), Canadian (TC) and European (EASA) Pilot Licenses. He began flying at the age of sixteen and his passion and knowledge have grown and developed over a career spanning thirty years. With post holder and senior positions in flying, management and aircraft maintenance, Eric’s unwavering commitment to ensuring the highest safety and performance standards, he has become one of Avionco’s most valued and recognised team members.
Lis-Marie Ager
Director of Safety and Training
Lis-Marie brings her extensive expertise and passion for aviation to the forefront in her role as the Training Manager with Avionco. In both her career and personal life, Lis-Marie is known for her dedication, determination, and ambition, always ready to excel at her next challenge. Her leadership and innovative approach have been instrumental in enhancing training programs at Avionco, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
Bertrand Seguin
Manager of Safety
With more than forty years in aviation, Bertrand brings extensive experience in safety, leadership, and training to his role as Manager of Safety. His career includes international flying on Challenger and Global aircraft, senior operational oversight, and decades as an instructor in both military and civilian settings. Known for his commitment to standards, and people-first approach, he plays a critical role in the safe and smooth operations at Avionco.

Chris serves as our Manager of Compliance at Avionco, bringing over twenty years of diverse aviation experience to our team. His extensive background in aviation spans fire suppression, corporate, and private aviation sectors, making him a versatile and knowledgeable asset to our operations. His expertise in managing complex operations and his commitment to safety and efficiency are key to his success at Avioinco.

As Director of Strategy and Communications, Mattias draws on more than twenty-five years of global aviation experience. Having flown Gulfstream and Global aircrafts worldwide, he combines years of technical and management expertise, with a strong focus on customer service and collaboration. His approachable style and dedication to clients makes him a trusted partner both in the air and on the ground.

As Director of Maintenance, Trevor ensures our clients aircraft meet the highest standards of safety, airworthiness, and reliability. With a hands-on approach, he oversees scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and more.
